30 x 50 ft North Facing Plot Planned According To Vastu Principles

This is a 30’ x 50’ plot facing north and is constructed per Vastu rules. It has been built for rental purposes and also features a Pooja room as well as separate parking space. It has a 2 BHK unit on the ground, a 3 BHK unit on the first and the second floor has the same layout but with additional storage and an area for drying clothes.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor, there is a wide parking area measuring 17’ x 18’3” so there will be space for multiple vehicles. The 2 BHK house is built as per the Vastu principles which guarantees proper spatial flow.

The living hall has dimensions of 12’8” x 12’10 which is spacious enough as a gathering space – and let us tell you a comfortable one. Also, a Pooja room is included measuring 3’3” x 4’ for religious practices. The master bedroom is furnished with an attached bath, the sized of which is 11’ x 11’11” and an 7’1” x 4’ bathroom.
