3. Critical Service-Specific Disclaimers
A. House Plans, 3D Designs & Structural Safety (Important)
Our readymade house plans, 3D floor plans, and elevation designs are created based on standard conditions. They DO NOT account for:
Site-Specific Soil Conditions: The Soil Bearing Capacity (SBC) of your specific plot.

Local Municipal By-laws: Setback rules, FSI/FAR regulations, and height restrictions specific to your city or panchayat.
Structural Load Calculations: Wind loads, seismic zones, or specific material quality.

Mandatory Requirement: You must consult a qualified Civil Engineer or Structural Designer to verify and adapt these drawings to your local site conditions before breaking ground. Apzok is not responsible for structural failures, cracks, or legal disputes arising from unverified construction.

B. Construction Cost & Material Calculators
The results provided by our Construction Cost, Paint, Flooring, and Material Calculators are approximate estimates based on average market rates in major Indian cities.

No Guarantee of Accuracy: Actual costs may vary significantly due to location, brand selection, labor charges, waste factors, and daily market fluctuations.

 

Not a Quote: These figures are not price quotes from Apzok. We are not liable for budget overruns based on these calculations.

 

C. Paint & Visualizer Tools (Third-Party Trademarks)
Color Accuracy: Colors shown on the Paint, Tile, and Laminate Visualizers are digital representations. Actual paint colors may look different due to screen resolution, lighting, and surface texture. Always test a physical sample before purchasing.

 

Trademark Notice: References to specific brands (e.g., Asian Paints, Berger, Dulux, Kajaria, etc.) are for color matching and visualization convenience only. Apzok is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these brands. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

 

D. User-Uploaded Content (Photo Visualizer)
If you use our "Upload Own Photo" feature to visualize paint on your building:
You represent that you own the copyright to the image uploaded.
Apzok is not responsible for the privacy of images uploaded to the visualizer, though we take standard measures to protect user data.

 

E. Vastu Shastra Tools
Apzok’s Vastu Aaya and Direction tools are based on traditional Indian scriptures (Manushyalaya Chandrika / Vastu Vidya). These are system-generated suggestions based on belief systems and are not scientifically validated. They should not be considered guarantees of health, wealth, or prosperity.

4. Professional Services & White-Label Tools
For Professional Subscribers (Builders, Architects, Engineers) using our platform:
Intermediary Role: Apzok provides the software tools for professionals to create designs/pages. We are not responsible for the relationship between the Professional and their end-client.
No Endorsement: Apzok does not guarantee the workmanship, quality, or timeline of any Professional listed in our directory. Users must conduct their own due diligence before hiring.
White-Label Content: Professionals using the "White Label" feature are responsible for the accuracy of the designs they present to their clients under their own brand.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apzok Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for:
Direct/Indirect Damages: Arising from the use or inability to use our Services.
Construction Errors: Any structural issues, demolition notices, or safety hazards resulting from the use of our plans without professional verification.
Financial Loss: Any monetary loss due to reliance on our cost estimators or professional listings.
Technical Issues: Website downtime, data loss, or unauthorized access despite security measures.

6. Intellectual Property
All ready-made designs, software code, and content on Apzok’s platform are owned by or licensed to us.
For Free Users: You may not reproduce, modify, or commercialize any materials without written permission.
For Paid Professionals: You are granted a license to use the generated plans and white-label assets for your clients as per the terms of your active subscription.

 

7. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
This Disclaimer is governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Chennai courts. Disputes shall first be resolved through mediation; unresolved matters may proceed to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
