  • Yes, definitely! Since you have 50 feet of depth, you can easily leave a 10-foot setback in the front. This is perfect for a beautiful lawn or a small "Sit-out" area near the parking. It adds a premium "Villa" feel to the house.

  • On a single floor (1500 sq. ft.), the most comfortable configuration is a spacious 3BHK. You get three good-sized bedrooms (approx 12x12 or 11x13), a large Hall, a Dining area, and a Kitchen. Trying to fit a 4th bedroom on one floor usually makes the rooms too small.
