30 by 50 ft East Facing Site Designed Primarily For Rental Purposes

This plot is a 30' × 50' site facing east and is primarily intended for rental purposes. Vastu Shastra has also been utilized while constructing the plot to ensure a positive living atmosphere and good energy flow. There is a small parking space on the ground floor for convenience. With a 2-foot setback on three sides of the building, ample ventilation is directly provided. Furthermore, additional facilities like a utility space and puja room have also been added.
