30 x 50 ft East Facing Plot Constructed Based On The Principles Of Vastu

This is a 30' × 50' plot facing East and constructed as per Vastu Shastra principles. The entire structure is specific to renting out, where every floor is a single unit house, and additional parking is available for the tenant’s ease.

The structure has 3 floors. First the ground floor containing a 2BHK unit with a dining area and separate closed parking. Following the ground level is the first floor, with another 2BHK unit also in Vastu Shastra format, with a separate store and big passage. Second floor is same as the first. On the third floor is a diamond shaped storeroom that provides versatility, for functions like clothes drying.

 

The parking area is set on the ground floor, measuring 28'11'' by 12'10''. Ensuring Vastu compliance, the primary entrance has an easterly orientation. The living area is impressively spacious, measuring 13'2'' by 24'5''. There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom (12'10'' by 12'10'') with an ensuite (5'1'' by 6'2''), while the second bedroom (9'2'' by 12'0'') also enjoys a private washroom (3'6'' by 7'9''). Adjacent to the living room is a puja room (4'5'' by 4'6'') utilized for prayer. Adjoining the living room, the kitchen is modern and expansive, measuring 10' by 13'4''. A storeroom (5'1'' by 4'6'') is attached to the kitchen, providing additional space.

A 2-bedroom house with a large balcony, 18'11'' × 12'10'' in size, is located on the first floor. The main entrance is oriented to the east. The living room is impressively spacious, measuring 13'2'' by 24'10''. Additionally, there is a puja room on the same level that is 4'5'' by 4'6''. The master bedroom (10'12'' by 12'0'') features a private washroom (5'1'' by 6'2''). The kitchen is open to the dining area and is a modern design. A new storeroom (5'1'' by 4'6'') is located off the kitchen for supplies. The second bedroom (9'2'' by 12'0'') is equipped with a shared washroom (3'6'' by 7'9'').

 

Like the initial floor, the second floor also contains a Vastu compliant 2BHK house.

On the third floor, there’s the terrace that measures 23’9” × 46’5”. For general storage purposes, a storeroom, measuring 10’ × 5’7”, has been included. For ease, cloth dryers are also situated on this floor. In order to maintain adequate ventilation, a 2 feet setback is left on three sides of the building and there are windows around the building which gives sufficient wind flow and sunlight to the house. The house is constructed based on Vastu principles which provides comfort and peaceful living to the tenants.
