30 x 50 ft East Facing Site Designed As An Independent Duplex House

This is a site designed as an independent, non-rental duplex house, with a dimension of 30' × 50' and an east-facing orientation. Careful consideration is given to crafting a comfortable and sophisticated home by utilizing Vastu techniques. In addition to the standard living features, the unit is outfitted with a dressing room, workroom, puja unit, utility space, headroom, and balcony. With an airflow aperture of 2 inches on the side, 6 inches at the back, and 1 foot on the left, there is no ventilation problem.

The ground-floor layout comprises a one-bedroom unit inclusive of a living hall, puja room, and dining section. There is ample parking space available for two cars that are 29' × 14' . expansive living hall spanning 12'6" × 22'4". Also, kitchen and washrooms are appropriately sized at 9'1" × 8'4" and 8'4" × 4'11", respectively, with kitchen utility room measuring 3'11" × 8'4" and the stairwell is placed within the living area facing south in line with Vastu directions.

Master bedroom is equipped with 16'1" × 10'4" dimensions which also features a dressing room of 3' × 4'11" and a common washroom of 8'4" × 4'11". Moreover, a puja unit of 4'10" × 4'4" is placed directly adjacent to the living room, for added convenience.

The first level of the building has three bedrooms. The first one has an area of 16' by 13'5," along with a dressing room measuring 8'4" by 6'2" and an attached washroom measuring 8'4" by 4'11." The second one, towards the middle of the floor, is 12'6" by 12'5" and has a dressing room of 4'2" by 6'4" with an attached washroom measuring 5'1" by 8'3". Near the third bedroom is a small workroom measuring 8'2" by 8'4". The third bedroom is 16'5" by 10'4" and has a dressing room of 7'9" by 6'11" and an attached washroom of 7'11" by 7'5." There is a balcony which is directly connected to this bedroom measuring 16'5" by 3'6".

On the third floor, there is a headroom measuring 4'11" by 4'11," storeroom of 11'10" by 4'10," and for the added convenience, cloth dryers are provided on this floor making it easier to do laundry. The design of this independent duplex house is based around providing luxury and spaciousness with proper ventilation while ensuring harmony and balance according to Vastu principles for a favorable residential environment.
