15 x 40 ft House Design Arabic Western Plan Designed East Facing House

The 15 x 40 ft (4.5 x 12.19 m) house plan is designed with Arabic Wester style which face East direction. This plot has been features with Ground + 3 Floor structure which maintain both efficiency and functionality in all the floors.

Ground floor

Ground floor covers parking area 13.8 ft in front of stairs that offers sufficient space for two wheeler vehicle. The main door placed at the southeast facing south. A small open kitchen size of 5.3 x 7.8 ft is designed in modular style which located in the northeast direction. The living hall measures 12.2 x 7.8 ft in the southeast which is ideal for family gathering and fun entertainment. Bedroom size of 8.0 x 8.2 ft is situated in the south direction which is most compact and comfortable. The common bathroom size of 8.0 x 3.5 ft in the south which is easily accessible from any area. Bedroom size of 12.2 x 8.8 ft in the southwest direction that private living space.

First floor

The Balcony is an extension right infront of the stairs, the 25.8 x 11.1 ft balcony also serves as a great outdoor relaxation spot. Then OTS is provide at the northeast corner which allow airflow inside and ventilation. An open kitchen size of 7.7 x 8.4 ft is designed efficiently which located in the north direction which have navigate to direct connect to living hall. The living hall occupies large area which is ideal for family member spending time with each other that capture beautiful memories. Duplex stairs is in the southwest direction which moves to the north that led to the smooth movement to the upper floors.

Second floor

After passing through stairs, lounge is provided infront of stairs, that offers warm and invite leisure area, its directly for easy access. Next to the stairs, we see bedroom size of 8.2 x 8.8 ft in the south direction which provide retreat for family members or guests.
