Building a PG or hostel shapes lives rather than only piling bricks. It's about designing environments that seem useful but personal, effective but not cold-blooded. The objective is the same whether your city plot is small or you have space to spread: maximise every square foot. Good design is deliberate; it is not loud. Broad hallways with daylight flooding in. Rooms that breathe. Common ground that starts a discussion. These are more than just conveniences; they are what give the location home-like quality.
Every design and every decision should mirror the community you are trying to create as well as the people who will live there. It is this that transforms a structure into a house.
