This is a east-facing 20 x 30 ft (6.09 x 9.15 m) 4BHK duplex house plan constructed based on the principles of VASTU. This is a four-floor building. The ground floor consists of a small parking area, living hall, kitchen, puja room, utility, and a common bathroom. The first floor consists of two bedrooms with an attached balcony. The second floor consists of two bedrooms with an attached balcony. The terrace floor consists of an open terrace along with the small family hall.

The ground floor consists of small parking area measuring about 5 feet 4 inches and 5 feet 3 inches. The main door of this house is in east direction. Pooja room measures about 3 feet 1 inches and 3 feet 4 inches located in northeast direction. Living hall measures about 16 feet 7 inches and 9 feet 3 inches. Dining hall measures about 6 feet 9 inches and 5 feet 5 inches. Kitchen in the southeast direction measures about 7 feet 1 inches and 8 feet 2 inches. Utility area measures about 8 feet 4 inches and 5 feet 7 inches with a common bathroom measuring 6 feet 6 inches and 4 feet in the northwest direction. The setback area at back side is 1 feet. At left side it is 1 feet 6 inches. At front side it is 1 feet 6 inches.

The first floor consists of two bedrooms.
