Ground Floor
The first part of this 20' x 30' duplex is the parking lot, which measures 18'10" x 12'. This section of the building faces the north, which means that the main door will also that face the north and will be situated in the north-west corner will open facing north. The northeast corner will have a very big living hall measuring 12' x 17'2" which can serve as a gathering place for the family or a place for relaxing, it can even serve both purposes. The ground floor is equipped with a common bathroom which while being useful, is compact at 3'6" x 11'8 is also a compact structure. A staircase located at the south-west corner will take you to the first floor and aids in smooth transitioning.
First Floor
When you get to the first floor, there is an organized open area that has been designed with purpose in mind. In the southeast corner, there is an open kitchen that has been efficiently designed at 11'8" x 10' which also leads into a family hall measuring 10'8"x 7'6" in the eastern part; this area also acts as a cohesive zone at the household. For utility storage, there is a small storeroom located to the west measuring 6' x 5'2". In the northeastern quadrant of the house, there is also a master bedroom which has ample space measuring 12'8" x 10'2". This room comes with an ensuite bathroom (4’ x 10’2”) which grants privacy and ease of access to its users.
Second Floor
Starting off the second floor is a lounge area (4’ x 9’2”) located directly opposite the staircase which acts as the entry point for this area. The southeastern part of the house contains a very spacious study room which has a dimension of 11’8” x 13’6” with an ensuite bathroom (4’ x 7’6”) that is great for work or any scholarly activities. And in the northwest part of the house, is a children’s bedroom which is also fairly spacious at 10’2” x 12’8” and it comes with its own bathroom (4’ x 10’2”).
Terrace Floor
The topmost terrace floor offers a practical and expansive layout. It comes along with a utility headroom measuring 5’2” x 5’. The remaining area is reserved for a large open space terrace measuring 11’8” x 17’2,” which provides ample room for exercising, gardening, or enjoying the view.
