Ground Floor

Starting with the parking area of the duplex which has been built on a north facing plot of 20' x 30' feet, the parking area measures 10' x 18'10" is on ground floor itself. The northeastern corner of the structure contains the strategically located entrance door which faces North. There is also an internal staircase located in the northwest corner of the house that goes up in the anti clockwise direction, this staircase allows for easy movement between the two floors. Also on this level, there is a small pooja room located in the Northeast side of the house which is 3' x 3' in dimensions. The living hall is 12'2" x 8'11" and it combines comfort as well as practicality and is large enough to accommodate people for gatherings. There is also a bathroom measuring 4'6" x 7'2" and is meant for common use that has been constructed.

First Floor

When one goes up to the first floor, a huge family hall of size 17’2’’ x 10’2’’ greets them located on the northwest corner of the layout. This space acts as the center for family activities and interactions. This space is followed by one of the most important features of the house, an open kitchen located on the southeast corner. This kitchen is designed to be efficient with dimensions of 11’ x 12’8’’ so it is together with a utility area measuring 4' x 11’ located southwest at the corner, which also enhances the functionality of the house for household chores.

Second Floor

The second floor starts with a lounge of 8’10’’ x 5’ size on the immediate right when you go up the stairs. Further in, master bedroom with size 11’ x 11’8’’ will be on the southwest quadrant. The room also has an accompanying bathroom (6’ x 5’) as well as a balcony (4’11’’ x 5’’) making the area more private and providing a little outdoor escape. On the northeast side of this floor, there is a kid’s bedroom sized 12’6’’ x 10’2’’ facing the window which comes with its own attached bathroom of size 4’2’’ x 10’2’’ enhancing comfort.
