The west-facing rental plan of the house plan is constructed on 50 x 50 ft (15.24 x 15.24 m) with Ground + 3 floor, and here ground floor includes utility area around 5.6 ft with parking area for car or any other vehicles, servant room with attached bathroom, and here we have stairs in south-east direction which move along north to the south direction, and lift in the north-west. The first floor consists of free space area around 2 ft length, and after passing through the south direction from the stairs or by the lift, and we see the balcony at the stairs and the lift, and then entrance for the main door placed in the east direction, then the living hall, puja room, open kitchen with the utility, dining hall, common bathroom, and two bedrooms with attached bathroom, balcony, along with the dressing room. The second floor consists of same the utility area which after passing through the south direction from the stairs or by the lift, we see the balcony at the stairs and the lift, then the entrance for main door placed in east direction, then the living hall, puja room, open kitchen with utility, dining hall, common bathroom, and two bedrooms with attached bathroom, balcony, and dressing room. The third floor which after passing through the stairs or by the lift, we see the spacious open terrace for leisure activities such as sitting, resting or gardening or any other recreational activities.

Ground floor, which consists of the parking area measuring 49 x 49 ft, a servant room in the southwest measuring 16 x 15.2 ft with attached bathroom size of 5 x 10.6 ft, and stairs in south east that move in a north direction up with a lift in the northwest measuring 5.6 x 5.6 ft.

In the first floor, after passing through the stairs from the south direction or by the lift from the north west direction, and we see the balcony measuring 38.6 x 6.4 ft at the stairs, and the balcony at the lift measuring 5.6 x 37.4 ft, and here entrance to the main door placed in the east direction, and the terrace, then the living hall measuring 19.3 x 20.4 ft, a puja room is provided in the south east direction measuring 5 x 5 ft which is ideal location for the meditation or the prayer, a common bathroom is provided in the south east measuring 12 x 6.2 ft which is ease of access by all, an open kitchen is provided in the south east direction which measures 10.8 x 13.8 ft with attached utility size of 4.2 x 13.8 ft.

The master bedroom is provided in the southwest direction, measuring 16 x 15.2 ft with an attached bathroom size of 5 x 8 ft, along with a dressing room size of 5 x 6.8 ft, and the balcony measuring 21.9 x 5.10 ft. On the north west side, a bedroom is provided which measures 13.2 x 15.2 ft with an attached bathroom size of 4.11 x 8 ft, along with the dressing room measuring 4.11 x 6.8 ft. A balcony is attached to this bedroom, which measures 24.9 x 5.10 ft.

The second floor is the mirror of the first floor which resembles the similar layout and structure, the open kitchen, a balcony, a puja room and common bathroom and bedroom, and two bedrooms with the attached bathrooms all are the similar dimensions, we will maintain the uniformity, that is easy to navigate in this floor. In future we can design the multi-floor depending on the requirements.

Terrace floor, after passing through the stairs from the south direction, we see the full of spacious open terrace measuring 46.9 x 49.4 ft.
