Vastu based East facing 2BHK duplex plan with 2BHK rented design is constructed on this plot 40 x 20 ft (12.19 x 6.10 m) with G+4 structure. This layout of the design is optimally structured to enhance living space with similar layout in all the levels.

 

Ground Floor

On this ground floor which covers the parking area measuring 39 x 18.10 ft which provide enough space for car or any other 2 wheelers. Staircase are located in the northwest direction which moves from the west to east that lead to the movement of upper floors.

 

First Floor

Moving to the first floor, this floor can be designed with 2BHK rented purposes. On this floor, we have seen the porch area measuring 5.10 x 9.10 ft which is in front of staircase. The main door is located at the northeast corner facing north side which gives positive vibe to enter into the home.
