The East-facing residential plot is designed on the 48 x 56 ft (14.63 x 17.07 m), this is a plan with Ground + 3 floors, which integrates both efficient use and convenience. Here ground floor includes a parking area for car with stairs in the South-East direction which moves along the North to South direction, and a lift in the South-East. The first floor consists of free space area around 2.6 ft and 4 ft. After passing through the South direction from the stairs or by lift, we see the porch area to the main door, the living hall with one common toilet, open kitchen and dining, a master bedroom, a bedroom with attached toilet and dressing room, and another bedroom with the attached toilet.
