The north facing duplex house plan is constructed on a 55 x 60 ft (16.76 x18.29 m) and this is the plan with structure as Ground + 2 floors. And here ground floor includes full of parking area for car or any other vehicles and garage in north-east and here entrance to the main door placed in the north direction then we see stairs in front of door in north-west which moves long north to south direction then the living room, office room, open kitchen, dining room, etc., one common bathroom, storeroom and one common toilet.
