This is a 55 x 50 feet or 2750sqft west-facing 4BHK duplex house plan constructed based on the principles of Vastu, provided with different functionalities like garden area, spacious parking area, mini home theater, storeroom, headroom, and a family hall. So this is a 3-floor building, west facing, consisting of 3 floors. The ground floor consists of 2 bedrooms, puja room, dining hall, spacious parking area, garden area, living area, kitchen, and storeroom, small utility space. The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms with a common bathroom, family hall, and a mini home theater along with a balcony. The terrace floor consists of headroom, storeroom, common bathroom, along with an open terrace facility.
Ground floor consists of spacious parking area, which is necessarily sufficient to park multiple cars and multiple two wheelers. The parking area measures about 36 feet 3 inches and 28 feet 7 inches. The main door of this house is towards north direction. There is a spacious garden included in the parking area in the south west direction. As we enter through the main door, the living hall, which is very spacious and luxurious, measuring about 14 feet and 12 feet 6 inches. The bedroom, which is located in the northeast direction, measures about 14 feet and 11 feet, having directly connected to the garden area at the back side, having a width of 3 feet 6 inches. There is a puja room provided, measuring about 5 feet 9 inches and 2 feet. So, this house is basically constructed on the principles of BAS II.
