This is the north-facing Vastu-based 55 by 50 3BHK duplex house plan which is provided with the special amenities like wide parking area, garden area, mini home theatre, and open terrace.

This is a three-floor building constructed based on the principles of hostel. The ground floor consists of spacious garden area, parking area, living hall, utility area, study room, store room, and one bedroom with attached washroom. First floor consists of minimum theater, two bedrooms with attached washroom, one puja room, study room, and two balconies. The terrace floor consists of one gym along with an open terrace area.

The ground floor consists of spacious parking measuring about 54 feet and 15 feet 9 inches with a garden area in the northeast direction. The main door of this house is towards north direction. The space in front of the main door is about 9 feet 10 inches and 6 feet 10 inches. The living wall is very spacious and it's very modern measuring about 11 feet 11 inches and 16 feet 7 inches. A study room is directly connected to the living area measuring about 11 feet 5 inches and 10 feet 9 inches. The kitchen is located in the southeast direction measuring about 13 feet 1 inches and 7 feet 10 inches having an open storeroom measuring about 6 feet 9 inches and 12 feet 4 inches with attached utility measuring about 10 feet 1 inches and 8 feet 3 inches.There is a common bathroom located near the utility area, measuring about 6 feet 9 inches and 7 feet 9 inches. The bedroom, which is located in the southwest direction, measures about 14 feet 7 inches and 18 feet 4 inches, with attached bathroom measuring about 5 feet 8 inches and 10 feet 9 inches. There is no problem for ventilation for this house. The setback area on the right side is about 2 feet 6 inches, at back side it is about 2 feet 6 inches, at left side it is about 2 feet 6 inches.
