This is a 55 by 45 ft north-facing 4BHK duplex house plan provided with a family hall, mini home theatre, bar facility, headroom facility, garden facility, and this house is constructed on the principles of Vastu. This is a four-floor building. The ground floor consists of one bedroom with attached washroom, living hall, kitchen, dining, puja room, utility, and garden space with a spacious parking area.
