This is a north-facing 50x65 4BHK duplex house plan which is constructed based on the principles of Vastu. This house includes garden, puja room, study room, balcony facility which is considered as unique in this house. This is a G plus 2 building. The ground floor consists of two bedrooms along with the living area, parking, garden area, dining hall, kitchen, utility area, storeroom. And the first floor consists of a study room, two bedrooms along with attached washroom and a balcony. The terrace floor consists of small headroom and a large wide open terrace.
