This is a 55 50 feet east facing 4BHK duplex house plan constructed based on the principles of VASU provided with study room and family hall as functionality elements. So, this is a three floor building. The ground floor consists of two bedrooms along with attached washroom, utility area, dining hall, kitchen, living hall, and a wide parking. The first floor consists of two bedrooms along with attached washroom, family hall, study room, and the garden space along with the open terrace. The terrace floor consists of small headroom along with the terrace.
The grounds floor consists of spacious parking, measuring about 32 feet 2 inches and 20 feet 3 inches. The main door of this house is towards east direction. The living wall is very spacious, measuring about 18 feet 7 inches and 12 feet 7 inches. The puja room is located in the northeast direction, near the kitchen, measuring about 4 feet 7 inches and 3 feet 3 inches. A storeroom is located beside the puja room, measuring about 4 feet 7 inches and 9 feet 8 inches, directly connected to the kitchen. The kitchen measures about 12 feet 10 inches and 13 feet 5 inches.
