This is a 50 by 55 north facing 3BHK duplex house plan constructed based on the principles of Vastu provided with special amenities like wide parking, garden area, balcony, study room, and party hall at the terrace floor. This is a three floor building. The ground floor consists of garden, parking, living area, puja room, kitchen, dining hall, utility, common bathroom, bedroom. The first floor consists of two bedrooms with attached washroom, balcony area, family area, and study room. The terrace floor consists of party hall, laundry space, headroom, and a large open wide terrace.

The ground floor consists of spacious parking area, which measures about 21 feet 4 inches and 21 feet 10 inches. The main door of this house is towards north direction. We can see a garden space, which is located in the northeast direction of the parking space. The living hall is very spacious and it is very modern, measuring about 22 feet 4 inches and 16 feet 3 inches. The puja room measures about 4 feet and 4 feet 2 inches, which is located near the dining hall. The kitchen is in the southeast direction, measuring about 11 feet 4 inches and 11 feet 11 inches, with the utility directly connected to it.The utility measures about 15 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 4 inches with a common bathroom measuring about 6 feet 4 inches and 5 feet. A storeroom is directly connected to the dining area measuring about 10 feet 7 inches and 4 feet. The bedroom located in the southwest direction measures about 11 feet 9 inches and 15 feet 2 inches with attached bathroom measuring about 10 feet 4 inches and 5 feet 6 inches. The setback area in right side is about 3 feet 6 inches, left side is about 4 feet and the back side is about 2 feet 6 inches, and at front side it's about 11 feet 5 inches that is in front of the main door.

First floor consists of two bedrooms. The first bedroom in the south-east direction measures about 18 feet and 22 feet with attached balcony measuring about 4 feet 6 inches and 16 feet 1 inches with attached bathroom measuring about 11 feet 3 inches and 5 feet 4 inches.
