The ground floor consists of spacious parking area measuring about 27 feet 4 inches and 18 feet 3 inches. The main door of this house is in east direction. The space in front of the main door is 7 feet 2 inches. The puja room is located in the north east direction measuring 6 feet 3 inches and 10 feet 9 inches. The living area measures about 18 feet and 25 feet 2 inches. The kitchen in the south east direction measures about 16 feet 7 inches and 8 feet 5 inches. The common bathroom measures about 8 feet 11 inches and 5 feet 5 inches.The bedroom in the southwest direction measures about 16 feet 9 inches and 16 feet 5 inches with an attached bathroom measuring 6 feet 10 inches and 10 feet 6 inches. The steps are provided towards the west direction in the northwest direction. The setback area at back side is 2 feet 2 inches at right side it is 2 feet 9 inches and at left side it is 5 feet 3 inches. In left side there is a utility space which is directly connected to the kitchen area.
