This Type 30B 35’ x 35’ Two Storey North Facing Duplex House plan has a G+2 structure emphasising an efficient and appropriate use of space over three floors. Ground floor requirements include a parking space, a living hall, a kitchen which is open plan, as well as a bedroom with adjoining dressing room and bath.
