West facing 2BHK Duplex house plan is constructed on this plot of 40 x 20 ft (12.19 x 6.10 m) ft with G+2 floor. The layout of the house which is design with its modern design on G+2 floors. Its design is innovative and purposeful.

 

Ground Floor

Here the ground floor which has a parking area measuring 10 x 18.10 ft which provided accommodated space for two wheelers or any other vehicles. The main entrance is located at the northeast corner facing north side which gives positive vibe while entering into the home. The living hall is located in the northeast direction which measures 17.2 x 13.8 ft. The staircase is located in the northwest direction which moves from west to east that leads to the vertical movement to the upper floor.

 

The living hall is the heart of the home which provided more space for family gathering and hosting guests. The open kitchen along with the dining hall is located in the southeast corner measuring 14 x11.8 ft which is designed efficiently for ease of sitting as well as serving. The storeroom is located in the southeast corner measuring 6.6 x 5 ft which provided enough space for storage or any other kitchen accessories. There is a common bathroom is located in the west direction which measures 5 x 7 ft which can be easily accessible by all.
