Guide to Using the Custom Size Brick Calculator Tool
Step 1: Enter Wall Dimensions

Wall Length: Input the length of the wall in the field provided.

Example: If your wall is 10 feet long, enter 10 in the Wall Length field.

Wall Height: Input the height of the wall in the field provided.

Example: If your wall is 8 feet high, enter 8 in the Wall Height field.

Unit: Select the unit of measurement for the wall dimensions from the dropdown menu (ft, cm, m, inches, mm).

Example: If you measured your wall in feet, select ft from the dropdown menu next to the Wall Length and Wall Height fields.
Step 2: Enter Brick Dimensions

Brick Length: Input the length of the brick in the field provided.

Example: If your brick length is 15 inches, enter 15 in the Brick Length field.

Brick Height: Input the height of the brick in the field provided.

Example: If your brick height is 8 inches, enter 8 in the Brick Height field.

Brick Width: Input the width of the brick in the field provided.

Example: If your brick width is 6 inches, enter 6 in the Brick Width field.

Unit: Select the unit of measurement for the brick dimensions from the dropdown menu (mm, cm, inches).

Example: If you measured your bricks in inches, select inches from the dropdown menus next to the Brick Length, Brick Height, and Brick Width fields.
Step 3: Enter Mortar Thickness

Mortar Thickness: Input the thickness of the mortar joint in the field provided.

Example: If the mortar thickness is 0.5 inches, enter 0.5 in the Mortar Thickness field.

Unit: Select the unit of measurement for the mortar thickness from the dropdown menu (inches, cm, mm).

Example: If you measured the mortar thickness in inches, select inches from the dropdown menu next to the Mortar Thickness field.
Step 4: Enter Wastage Percentage

Wastage Percentage: Input the percentage of bricks to account for wastage during construction in the field provided.

Example: If you expect a 10% wastage, enter 10 in the Wastage Percentage field.
Step 5: Calculate

Calculate: Click the Calculate button to compute the number of bricks needed.
Step 6: View Results

Without Wastage Bricks Needed: This field will display the exact number of bricks required without considering wastage.

Total Bricks Needed: This field will display the total number of bricks required, including the wastage percentage.
