This specific layout of the 40 x 60 east-facing house follows the Vastu principles and it has been crafted with meticulous attention across three levels of floors (G+2). Kitchen area also positioned on the southeast aboard commercial utilities of size 14’5’’x11’8’’ enhances the convenience further with an adjoining utility area measuring 5’x9’9’’. Sturdy stair casting to the upper areas located towards the south gives access to the upper floors. Served with ample space, the common bathroom adjacent to the stairs measuring 5’7’’x9’9’’ provides effortless access.
