This specific layout of the 40 x 60 east-facing house follows the Vastu principles and it has been crafted with meticulous attention across three levels of floors (G+2). The Ground Floor is dedicated to the Parking area (15'5''x39’') which is located at the foundation of the structure. This space is well positioned for vehicle accommodation. The living hall is located in the northeast and occupies 17’2’’ x 18’2’’ which provides ample space for pooja room as well. The main door is situated at the northeast and opens towards the living hall which is accompanied by The pooja room that is adjoining to the hall and situated at the northern edge of the house adjacent also complements 5’1’’ x 5’11’’ serene corner. Kitchen area also positioned on the southeast aboard commercial utilities of size 14’5’’x11’8’’ enhances the convenience further with an adjoining utility area measuring 5’x9’9’’. Sturdy stair casting to the upper areas located towards the south gives access to the upper floors. Served with ample space, the common bathroom adjacent to the stairs measuring 5’7’’x9’9’’ provides effortless access.
