The duplex house design for a G+4 structure on the 45x70 plot has a north facing entry mostly incorporates comfort and functionality in all its level layouts. The plot has an exact north facing direction and measures 45 feet by 70 feet with an optimal south north space circulation on all levels.
Ground Floor: The parking area at the ground level is 33 feet5 inches by 68 feet11 inches. Northeast of the parking space is the staircase leading up to the other floors. In front of the stairs, there is a storeroom measuring 7 feet5inches by 13 feet. Lift for convenient vertical movement is located adjacent to the lady's storeroom. Smaller store room with dimensions of 6 feet 6 inches by 7 feet 8 inches is located in the south western corner.
First Floor: The first floor has a balcony in front of the stairs that measures 19 feet 3 inches by 20 feet 11 inches. The main door situated in the northeast corner facing north, opens up to the spacious living area 23 feet 8 inches by 18 feet 7 inches which is located in the northwest. This living area has an annexed balcony whose dimensions are 18 feet 7 inches by 6 feet 5 inches.
Western side duplex stairs around the dining hall, which also connects the first floor to the upper levels, located to the west, and a common bathroom in the east next to the lift bathroom which is 7 feet 4 inches by 12 feet 6 inches. This portion on the southeast side of the floor is an open kitchen and dining area which dimensions are 14 feet 1 inch by 19 feet 7 inches. The dining area is also adjacent to a laundry room measuring 8 feet 10 inches by 13 feet 1 inch and a utility area measuring 8 feet 10 inch by 6 feet 5 inches.
In addition, there is a bathroom situated next to the southwest bedroom that measures 2x7 feet and 5 inches, while the bedroom itself is considerably spacious with dimensions of 14 feet 2 inches by 18 feet and 11 inches.
Second Floor: Moving upwards, the duplex staircase allows access to the remaining floor. The northwest section features another living room that is equally spacious, with dimensions of 24 feet and 3 inches by 18 feet and 3 inches. The room provides unobstructed views straight up and has access to a balcony located to the northeast, measuring 21 feet and 2 inches by 19 feet and 10 inches. Toward the southeast part of the living room, there is a bed that is 14 feet and 1 inch in length by 18 feet and 11 inches wide, which is coupled with an ensuite that measures 7 feet and 4 inches by 12 feet and 6 inches. There also exists a study room measuring 12 feet 10 inches by 8 feet 10 inches, which comes with an attached balcony of 6 feet by 8 feet 10 inches. There is a second bedroom located towards the south-western side of the living room, measuring 18 feet 11 inches by 14 feet 2 inches, and an ensuite measuring 6 feet and 5 inches by 7 feet and 8 inches.

There is unobstructed sky vision in the corner.
Terrace Floor: The final segment encompasses a large open area which is ideal for a range of fun and leisure with dimensions of 2inches 39 feet and 5inches 42 feet.
The design of this building seems quite complex, yet this duplex takes into consideration correct balance between living space and luxury. High standards of architecture were maintained with spacious open areas throughout, well distributed modern facilities, and attention to aesthetics combined with use.
