This template showing design’s layout for split level house of 40 by 65 feet is a G+2 (Ground plus Two) format. This northward facing duplex plan’s layout captures style and functionality simultaneously. Moreover, it maintains the living area within defined boundaries for room placements, orientations, and indoor/outdoor flow. This is a blueprint floor plan of a duplex house for a further explanation.

Ground Floor

The ground floor features a logically partitioned parking space measuring (22’ 1 x 24’ 7) which is spacious enough to accommodate a vehicle. A skillfully designed pergola is located in the northwestern direction which serves to enhance the aesthetic and also outdoor beauty. The main door opens to the family living hall located in the northeast section. The living hall measures 174 x 15’11 which supports family gatherings and relaxation.

On the eastern side is the calm pooja room whose dimensions are (10’3’’x6’7’’). it has been placed and located such that it can be used for daily spiritual practices. The southeast part of the house has an open kitchen and a dining hall which can accommodate around 21’3 x 8’8” worth of people enhanced to promote cooking and relatable themes. The shiten is prvided with attached store room measuring 7’4’’x5’4’’ which features an alternate inbound filtered back door, and a utility room located to the south measuring 5’4’’x13’4’’. This assures the presence of appropriate storage and workspace.

Attached to the spacious southwestern bedroom which measures 13’ x 21’7” is a private bathroom with dimensions 6’9” x 6’1”. On the northwest side, there’s another room which is 14’5” x 18’. This room also includes an en-suite measuring 7’10” x 5’7”. From the west side of the building, the duplex stairs provide upper floor access while retaining elegance to the structure.

First Floor

A first floor area that measures 11’6” x 10’8” serves as a welcoming area to this level. At the Southwestern corner, a Custom Grand Bedroom “suite” has been designed sited on the first floor measuring 21’7” x 13’ with an attached lavish personal retreat of a bath measuring 6’9” x 6’1”.

On the northwest side of the first floor, there is another wide bedroom measuring 18’ x 14’4” with a private bathroom measuring 7’10” x 5’7”.

Also on this floor is a lovely expanse of open terrace measuring 58’ x 21’3”, perfect for sunbathing, social events, or soaking in some fresh air.

Second Floor

On the second floor, there is a balcony which is 21'3" x 48'4" foot large. This balcony is great for spending time outside and getting some fresh air. Moreover, the residents are also benefitted as the balcony is stress-free and relaxing to use. The balcony enables the users to enjoy the surrounding view.
