Ground Floor: Pertaining to vehicle accommodation, the ground floor contains a sizable parking bay measuring 23’2” x 39’3”. Access to higher levels is provided by stairs on the northwest side and a main entrance facing north is located in the northeast. The living area is 12’2” x 13’7” and is located towards the northeast. It is next to the pooja room which is eastern facing and is 4’9” x 6’10”. There is an open side kitchen cum dining hall which is set in the southeast corner measuring 18’10” x 14’8”. This integrated design promotes dining and cooking. The house includes two bedrooms:

A southwest bedroom measuring 14'8” x 12'11” which has an attached bathroom measuring 5'8” x 8'3”. A north bedroom measuring 13'9” x 10'11” which also has an attached bathroom measuring 5'9” x 8'3”

First Floor: This level includes a balcony measuring 29'6" x 6'4" on the eastern side, right before the stairs. Northeast of the property is the main entrance which leads to a north-facing living area measuring 18'7" x 18'5". The house contains three bedrooms:
