This 45 by 65 feet duplex house plan has a G+2 (Ground plus two) layout configuration. It has been developed with great attention to detail to create a functional and modern home. A description follows:

 

Ground Floor

An elegant touch is blended in with practical spaces on the ground floor. A parking lot of 18' x 19'7'' is located at the entrance usually enabling convenience for the storage of vehicles. In the southwest corner, a pergola of 10'1'' x 11' enhances the outdoor region with a touch of class and sophistication as well.

 

In the northwest corner, a drawing room capturing 11'11'' x 9'7'' facing north serves as an entrance for the house and capture guests into a warm and cozy welcoming space. Along the northern side are the duplex stairs that enables smooth flow between the floors. In the northeast corner is a bedroom with a measurement of 11'11'' x 19'8'' that further comes equipped with an attached bathroom of 7'1'' x 4'11''.
