45 x 60 west facing duplex house plans with Lift

This is an elaborately designed ground plus three (G+3) west facing duplex house plan with an elevator, covering an area of 45 by 60 ft. floor plan. I think the design in the aforementioned area is very neat and balances sophistication with livability. Now, let's discuss the specifics:

 

Ground Floor

 

Most of this floor focuses on general utility spaces, like a well organized Parking Space 24’ x 39’8” accommodating area of cars. Stairs located toward the northwest direction together with a staircase in the north provides easy movement to the upper floors with the addition of a lift. A lift in the North part of the building conveniently makes movement easier for residents. The front door entry is situated on the west side and directly opens up into the area. Towards buliding's interior lies an unobstructed 8'4 x 6' kitchen towards the southeast which makes cooking more easier and accessible. In the southwest portion of the house lies a 15'8 x 11' bedroom with a hall and it comes along with an attached 5'3 x 7'2 bathroom.

 

First Floor

The first floor features a balance of comfort and spaciousness. When you walk up the stairs or take the lift, first you come across a balcony (5'7'' x 6'11'') located in front of the stairs which is open area for relaxation. The doors which serve as the entry on this floor opens to the North. The first area from the entrance on the Left side is the drawing room, which is placed in Northwest. This is 15’2’’ x 11’11’’ ans serves as an inviting space for guests. On the south-west side, there is a living hall which is 15’2’’ x 18’’ and faces West; This space has another balcony facing west (7’3’’ x 30’4’’) and serves as a cozy for family gatherings or relaxation. There is a study room in the south, measuring 13’8’’ x 9’10’’. This can be used for focused work or study. South east corner has open kitchen (11’4’’ x 14’1’’) which has a store room (4’9’’ x 8’8’’) and a utility area (4’9’’ x 10’9’’) attached to it, which provides modern day conveniences. Finally we have in the North east Corner and bedroom which is 16’2’’ x 11’1’’ with an attached bathroom (4’9’’ x 8’3’’). Duplex Stairs, located in the North, and centrally placed lift serve as amenities to the rest of the floors.

 

Second Floor

 

The second floor builds on luxury and recreation while balancing it with practicality, unlike other floors. A family hall located in the south measuring 20’8” x 13’8” has an attached utility (13’8” x 6’9”) which turns this space into a pleasant gathering area for the family. A mini home theater, located in the west has dimension of 15’ x 30’5” and has an attached bathroom (4’ x 7’11”). It is further complemented by a large balcony (7’2” x 30’5”) making it a dedicated space for entertainment. Northeast corner has a very spacious bedroom with the dimensions of 18’1” x 16’4” and has an attached bathroom (5’8” x 10’7”). This bedroom provides comfort along with much needed privacy. There is also a southeast bedroom measuring 11’1” x 18’ with an attached bathroom (11’7” x 4’9”). This makes the floor ideal for a blend of recreation and relaxation.

 

Terrace Floor

 

The terrace floor aims at flexibility and ease of use. The floor also has a head room of 9’5”x 13’8 sleeves” which gives access to the terrace. Northeast has a bedroom 16’7” x 18’ which comes with an attached toilet (5’8” x 10’7”) for additional comfort and privacy. One of the most important features of this floor is the large free area open terrace measuring 30' 5'' x 53' 8'' . This area is ideal for different outdoor activities like relaxation, easement of stress, or even sightseeing.
