This is a west-facing house plan with swimming pool that is 45 by 60 feet and has ground plus three (G+3) floors that includes easing of swimming and living activities, showing carefully assigned design aspects. Each layout in the house is comfortable while maintaining elegance and free flow throughout the house. Lets break it down in steps:

Lower Ground Floor

As for the first floor, it is easier for every user to use the services provided such as the parking space which is 39.5 by 44 feet in size. This section is sufficiently large, making vehicle accommodation easy and convenient for residents. In the northwest area, the stairway provides lift access from the lower floors to the upper ones and there is also a lift on the north side. Opening in the northwest corner, with the door looking towards the west makes the ground welcoming. In the compound, there is an open kitchen in the south east measuring 8 feet and 1 inch by 5 and 10 inches which forms a modest cooking space. The other side contains living hall cum bedroom measuring 15.5 feet by 10.11 with attached bathroom for ensuring privacy measuring 5.3 by 7 feet. Another great feature of this floor is that it contains swimming pool located on the material side of the house measuring 19.5 feet by 18 feet and it can be used for leisure purpose.

First Floor

The first floor gives way to a cozy, yet functional living area. We have an entrance and a passage which measures 5’7’’ x 6’11’’ and includes stairs and a lift. The main entrance, which opens to face the north side, includes a door which reveals a south facing layout welcoming the guests that will be coming through. The drawing room is located at the northwest corner and is sized at 15’2’’ x 9’11’’ which will comfortably accomodate the guests. The living hall in the southwest spans is also sufficently sized and is 20’3 inclusive of the balcony and extends 15’2 which is south facing. This Supersized room is attachged to a large, west facing balcony (6’10 x 30'4”) transforming it into an outdoor living area. Further to the south and right, we will find a pooja room measuring 5’ x 6’6” which delivers a great calm place to perform some spiritiousity which can be quite handy during stressful times. The southeast Open kitchen sized at 11'1" x 12'10" connects to a utility area measuring 8'8" x 4'9" and a balcony facing East measuring 6'3" x 10'9" allowing ample fresh air and space for daily chores. A bedroom in the northeast which will also be facing South is sized 16’2’’ x 11’1” will comewith an attached bath in it measuring 4’9’’ x 8’3’’ So this will serve as the shared washroom. The stairs for the duplex is in the north and both the centrally placed lift and poos various entrances from different directions, which means access to all floors will not be an issue.

Second Floor
