The duplex configuration encompasses a west-facing 2 portion 2bhk plan measuring 45 x 60. The structure is a G+3 building where both space and functionality are optimally balanced. Ground floor parking facilities measuring 24'10” x 44' are positioned in the center of the building to serve residents and guests. South west corner stairs provide access to upper floors while a lift located in the northwest measuring 7' x 6'9” provides additional assistance. All visitors enter the main entrance door located in the west along the corridor, with the inner west facing window buzzed neatly signifying alignment direction for the entire house. Centrally positioned on the northern side is an attached bedroom measuring (12'2'' x 11') with a gully wash basin (7'x 4'6") for an ensuite. The northeast features a balcony (11'6'' x 5'5") offering outdoor accessibility. Furthermore, western side features a living area (10’11” x 13’3)), designed as a proprietors’ gathering area. Another bedroom (10'6" x 13') Taking up the south west part of the house holds an ensuite bathroom measuring (4'x6'10"). Lastly, south east zone hosts an open plan utility and dining area (23'5" x 9'2") adjoined with a 3'6" x 9'3” utility space.

 

A passage entrance at the base of the staircase measuring 19' x 7'1", splits the floor into two portions. The first part contains a main door on the Western side which opens into a living area (13'9" x 11'1") located to the West. Northeast hosts a bedroom (11'6" x 12'2") which also comes with an attached bathroom (7' x 4'6) and with a balcony (11'6" x 5'9"). Southeast contains an open kitchen with dining area (23'5" x 9'2"), whick connects to a utility room (3'6" x 9'3"). Further towards the Southwest, another bedroom (10'6" x 13') which also has an attached bathroom (4' x 6'10").

 

The east-facing main door allows access to a Living room (11’7’’ x 20’11’’) which is situated at the northeast of the house. The northwest portion hosts a bedroom (11’1” x 12’11’’). Adjacent to the western part of the house is also a Dining hall (9’4’’ x 5’11’’), located behind a Balcony (3’3’’ x 9’5’’). This section utilizes a common Bathroom measuring 3’9’’ x 8’1’’ that is situated at the southwest corner of the house, along with a bedroom (12’ x 12’11’’) which has an attached Bathroom (4'5" x 6"). The southeastern part contains a closed Kitchen (9'7" x 9'3"), together with a Utility room (6'1" x 4'2").

 

The structure is maintained by having the same layout for the second floor. This encourages ease of use and consistency throughout the building.

 

A wide staircase/lift terminates at the terrace floor, which has a Passage Entrance measuring 6’8” x 19’2” directly in front of the lift. The floor has an expansive open terrace which is split into two parts. The Eastern terrace is significantly larger at 39’5” x 23’1”, whereas the Western terrace is slightly smaller at 37’8” x 22’8,” presenting plentiful opportunities for outdoor and social activities.
