This duplex design is specially made for a 40x60 south facing house with G+2 (Ground plus two) floors which optimally integrates style, practicality, comfort, and space. Here's a detailed elaboration of the layout.
Ground Floor
The ground florr layout accommodates basic and critical functionality requirements. Parking space, measuring 39' x 14'1" is conveniently located in the garage as it allows for quick vehicle storage and access. The main entrance door opens to the east, facing the main road, creating a welcoming direction towards the house.
The living room area, located to the southwest of the house, measuring 23'9" x 11'6 was designed as a comfortable and spacious area perfect for spending time with family or relaxing. In the northwest south corner, there is a bedroom sized 11'6 by 11'5 with an additional bathroom attached, sized 5’ by 7’4[cubed] and further complemented with an adjacent utility area measuring 7’3 by 9’10. The northeast side has another bedroom measuring 11'3”x11'5” positioned to accommodate other family members or guests.
