This thoughtfully designed duplex plan, measuring 40 x 65 4 bedroom house plans and looking north, has G+2 (Ground plus two) floor configuration. It aims to form a conducive living environment through functional design elements and a striking facade. Here is a detailed description of the layout:

 

Ground Floor

 

The balance between functional space and green areas is the focus on the ground floor. The parking space has dimensions of 19'7" x 25', which is convenient for maneuvering and allows for easy vehicle parking. Next to the parking area, there is a lovely garden, which measures 9'4" x 13'11" and is located in the northwest for better visibility from outside. The pooja room, measuring 7'11" x 4'5", is located in the northeast corner, so he is away from other distracting activities. Is accessible through the main door that faces north, so it leads to the area that considered auspicious. Second Floor

 

Usability and spaciousness blend seamlessly on the second floor. There is a head room measuring 5’9’’ x 12’9’’ which provides access to the terrace. The southwestern section is dedicated to a store or laundry room, measuring 20’3’’ x 15’’, which comes with an adjoining bathroom (5’10” x 7’7’’) for easier household chores. To this floor, the most remarkable addition is the large open terrace which can accommodate gatherings, relaxation or recreational activities as it measures 34’1’’ x 52’5’’.
