The duplex units are built according to specific house plans facing East with Vastu considerations and have a G+3 arrangement of floors. In functional terms, the layout is modern. The ground floor has a parking space measuring 38'11” by 59’ which allows for the accommodation of vehicles. Stairs to the upper floors are positioned southeast of the podium level. Additionally, there is a lift of dimensions 6’1” by 5’9”. The main door on the first floor has an East orientation which is the same as the house direction. The southwest part of the house contains a living area measuring 13'2” by 14'10” which provides warm and comfortable surroundings. Next to it sits the kitchen measuring 10’8” by 6’7” which, while smaller in area, is very useful and therefore productive. In the Northwest corner there is a bedroom measuring 14’10” by 13’2” with an attached bath measuring 5’2” by 7’2” which provides seclusion, compactness and shelter from other spaces.

The main entrance door, located at the northeast, looks towards the east. The drawing room is northeast and has adjoining walls to the pooja room which is on the east side measuring 6’3” x 6’. Finally, in the southwest zone there is a spacious bedroom measuring 20’7” x 14’10” with an ensuite bathroom measuring 9’1” x 6’11”. The northwest corner hosts another bedroom measuring 13’1” x 14’10” and also has an ensuite bathroom measuring 7’1” x 5’2”.
