Finally, in the southwest zone there is a spacious bedroom measuring 20’7” x 14’10” with an ensuite bathroom measuring 9’1” x 6’11”. The northwest corner hosts another bedroom measuring 13’1” x 14’10” and also has an ensuite bathroom measuring 7’1” x 5’2”. The north area has a living hall measuring 24’2” x 15’2” which has direct access to a dining hall that is 9’11” x 17’2”.

The second floor starts with an 8 x 22'1" balcony offering a spectacular view as well as scenic outdoor space. The lift with dimensions 6'1" x 5'9" is placed nearby which also aids in the floors accessibility features. The selected main entrance door which is located towards the east zooms into family hall measuring 12'11" x 17'7" on the northeastern side.
