This modern house design is for a 4 BHK duplex with a lift having a dimension of 40’3’’ by 90’2’’ which is North facing. It is Ground plus Four (G+4) floor building) and is further enhanced with contemporary architecture. The first floor features a central parking area of 28’4’’ by 33’6’’. Alongside the parking zone, there is a Northeast Opening Balcony 6’7’’ x 33’4’’ as well as a garden beside it which add to the charm of the property. Access about the floor is gained by stairs in the South West direction, and there is also a lift 5’9’’ x 6’4’’ directly opposite the Stairs. The main entrance door that is at North East opens to facing exactly North. Northeast of the block is another set of Duplex stairs for additional access vertically up. The Living Area which is 20’ x 11’10” is East adjacent to the entrance while Southwest of it is occupied by another lift 5’4’’ x 6’4’’. Located on far Northwest Corner is a bedroom 4'11’’ x 12'5’’ and a common bathroom 5’11’’ x 4’7’’ is proximal to bedroom. Behind the swimming pool there is also a big garden which is 39’4’’ along with a swimming pool having barbecue set infront.
A balcony is placed directly towards the East of the house just above the front door. The views are best from there. On the Eastern side towards the Northwest, you get the living area which measures 11’7” x 16’11” and comes with a stuck balcony of 8’1” x 11’7” attached to it. Towards the Northwest, we also have a stuck balcony of 5’5” x 13’8”, which also contains a bedroom measuring 13’3” x 15’7” beside a 5’6” x 9’9” bathroom. To the West of the bedroom and the living room there is an additional living room sized 16’1 x 13’6” along with a common bathroom sized 5’1” on every side. There is one more balcony measuring 4’9” x 9’1” near the stairs which provides additional room for outdoor relaxation.
