The ground floor layout starts with parking space measuring 19'10" x 19'8", offering generous space. Southwest corner stairs lead up to subsequent floors. Further along step a main entrance door located on the eastern side of the staircase which looks south. Northeast corner holds a spacious Living hall (15' x 18'7") catering for great relaxation and gathering area.

Pooja room (4'5" x 4') lies towards the east which is a very important dimension of the house. Southeast part opens into the kitchen, utility room (5'2" x 10'8") adds to the kitchen's purpose by providing additional space. These locates enable seamless access from the utility space into the open kitchen (19'6" x 10'2").

Southwest has one bedroom with window (15'2" x 12'4") with attached bathroom (10'8" x 4'6”) for privacy and comfort.
