This plan is a 40 60 house plan east facing 2bhk with 1bhk, designed with G+3 floors and modern floors integrated into these spacious designs. The ground floor comes equipped with a parking space as large as 39' x 59' which is great for hosting guests or relaxing with family. At the southeastern corner, the stairs go up along with a 6’x 5’9” lift which is placed next to the stairs so that ease of access is available. The eastern side serves as the entrance and focal point of the house where the main door is placed. The southwest of this house hosts a cozy and stylish living area at with dimensions measuring 13'2" x 14'10" offering an ample space for family interaction. A kitchen is strategically located at the west section of the building measuring 10’8”x7’2”. For the convenience of residents, a northwest corner bedroom measuring 13’2”x14’10” is located next to an exclusive as well attached bathroom measuring 5’2”x7’2”.

 

In the northeast corner, the space infront of the stairs is enhanced by a balcony measuring 7’8”x22’1”, the first floor.
