Ground Floor: Serenity And Funcationality Combined

 

Starting from the first floor, we have a parking space of 27’5” × 25’5” which can easily fit two cars. Next to the parking space, there is a small kitchen (9’6” × 4’9”) and a room (south west corner) with a bathroom (10’2” × 9’3” & 4’ × 9’3”) attached. There is also a lovely garden adding to the southeast corner which is a perfect retreat of 14’7” × 10’ height that enhances the serene nature.
