The duplex house plan's 3d view spans 40 by 60 feet. Motorsitting parking area (14'1" x 22') designed for gating vehicles, has been given adequate space. The main entrance door located on the southern side has zenith south alignment which welcomes entry. The open kitchen in the southeast (11’6” x 8’9”) area is effeciently organized and attached to a utillity space measuring 3’5” x 8’10” for added convenience detached the southwest region. Northeast hosts a living area (11’3” x 15’11”) which offers ample relaxation while secondary poitional living area (9’11” x 15’11”) opens towards North region which is also used versatile manner. The floor is inclusive of a dining hall which fosters Center point zone meals together. A compact Store room measuring 5’ x 6’1” is provided with storage functionality and adds to the spiritual touch next to pooja room (3’11x6’1). In the northwest corner, a bedroom (13’11” x 11’5”) is paired with an attached bathroom (6’ x 7’11)” offering privacy and comfort. Another bedroom (12’10” x 13’11”) located in the southwest also includes an attached bathroom (8’7” x 6’1”). Positioned in the south are duplex stairs which allow access to the upper levels.

 

As we walk towards the first floor of the building, we notice an evolution towards a sophisticated design. Residents are received on the floor by a generous family hall measuring (12'2" x 22'5) which acts as a focal point for the floor. The layout also enhances tranquility with the inclusion of a pooja room measuring (4' x 6'1). The addition of the floor also comes with a store room measuring (6'1" x 5') so that sufficient space is available to keep various equipment. A northwest corner houses a bedroom measuring (11'5" x 13'11") with an attached bath inclusive of a balcony (6' x 7'11) that serves as an additional scenic aesthetic. There is also a smaller old woman’s bedroom (12'10" x 13'11") in southwest which has a personal attached bath (7' x 8'7'). A great aspect further enhanced by the open sky is the Northern view (15'10" x 9'9") which acts as an aesthetic feature. In the easterly direction we have an open terrace (31'5" x 15'6") which provides enough surface for relaxing or hosting guests which finalizes the building design.

 

On the second floor, the design is comparatively less complex, yet very useful. Functional spaces have been created, one of which is a headroom area measuring 5’3’’ x 11’3’’ located next to the stairs. In addition to this, a common bathroom measuring 8’7’’ x 6’1’’ is conveniently located on this floor. The crown feature is the large open terrace measuring 31’2’’ x 38’2’’ that can be used for recreational activities, relaxing, or viewing the outdoors.
