This North Facng duplex plan 40 * 65 in 3D is the elegant G + 2 (Ground plus two) for the 40 x 65 feet area that considers convenience, comfort, and spacious living for the residents. Ground Floor
In the ground floor, a combination of leisure features and daily requirement features is met. There also is a parking lot in the front which is 25 foot by 19 foot, which is enough to park the vehicles. Next to it there is a garden which also serves as an entrance and its measurements are 9’4”x 14’2”, it is placed at the northwest corner. The main door structurally is in the east and also facing the east and once opened reveals a well-planned interior. There is also a small pooja room (4’9” x 4’4”) to undertake daily prayers which can be found in the north.
