The 40 x 40 house design east facing duplex plan of the Residential building facing in East direction with size is 40’x 40’ feet and this is duplex plan with G+2 floor and Here Ground floor includes utility area around 1’6” and 2’ length and parking area for bike or car standing and with passage of 7’2” length in front of building plan and here main door placed in northeast direction then living hall, dining hall with stairs in southwest direction which moves along north south direction and 1 common bathroom, open kitchen with attached utility for laundry and cleaning and attached bathroom to utility, 1 bedroom and 1 bedroom with attached bathroom. The first floor includes utility area around 2’6” and 2’ length and after passing through stairs from south direction and we see family hall for family moments with balcony for gardening and outside view and 1 common bathroom, study room and 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The second floor includes include utility area around 2’6” and 2’ length and after passing through stairs from south direction and we see head room and open terrace for leisure activity such as sitting, resting and gardening with laundry for cleaning clothes and here we also provided ventilation and windows for proper light and air.
