The 40 by 40 house plan of the Residential building size is 40’x 40’ feet and facing in West direction. This is duplex plan With G+1 floor and Here Ground floor includes utility area around 2’ and 2’6” length and parking area for bike or car standing and gardening and 6’ length of garden area in front of building plan and here main door placed in northwest direction then drawing room, living area with stairs in south direction which moves along north south direction, open kitchen with utility for laundry and cleaning, 1 common bathroom and 1 bedroom with attached bathroom. The first floor includes utility area around 2’ and 2’8” length and 6’6” open space of passage in north of building and after passing through stairs from south we see family hall for family moments in front of stairs with attached balcony for gardening andoutside view and open terrace for leisure activity such as sitting, resting and gardening and 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms were provided in this 40 by 40 house plan and here we also provided ventilation and windows for proper light and air. After passing through stairs form south direction we see family hall in northwest size18’9” x 15’9” with attached balcony size 5’4” x 14’9” and open terrace in east size29’11” x 12’3”.
