The 40x40 house plans west facing of the Residential building size is 40’x 40’ feet and facing in West direction. This is duplex plan With G+3 floor and Here Ground floor includes parking area for bike standing and gardening with stairs in southwest direction which moves along north south direction with swimming pool in northeast and here gym and 1 common bathroom. The first floor includes utility area around 2’3” and 2’4” length and after passing through stairs from south direction we see passage entrance to door and here main door placed in southwest and then living hall with 1 common bathroom, dining hall with stairs in east direction which moves along west east direction, living hall, open kitchen with attached utility for laundry and cleaning and 1 bedroom with attached bathroom. The second floor includes utility area around 2’3” and 2’4” length and after passing through stairs from east direction we see study room for studying with open terrace for leisure activity such as sitting, resting and 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The third floor includes utility area around 2’3” and 2’4” length and after passing through stairs from east direction and we see full of open terrace for leisure activity such as sitting, resting and gardening and here we also provided ventilation and windows for proper light and air.
