The plan of the Residential building occupies a footprint of 45’x 35’ feet and is oriented in western direction. This is

duplex plan With G+3 floor and Here ground floor consists of utility measuring 1’5”, 1’11” and 2’ in length and refraining from open space for automobile standing, landscaping, and here main door placed northwest then living hall dining hall with stairs at east which move in horizontal south north direction, pooja room along with common washroom, one bedroom is consolidated with his and hers washroom and semi-open kitchen. First level accommodates utility space 2’,2’5”, 2’6” in length, and other at the same position besides east access staircase leading to the free space area situated at the front, home mini theater for watching movies complete with bathroom annex and balcony for gardening while outside viewing the study room serves to facilitate studying together with one bedroom annexing bathroom. Second floor consists of utility space 2’, 2’5” and 2’6” in length, and at the same position but on the other side after east access staircase leading up, family hall for family moments located posterior to the stairs is adorned with a balcony enabling views of the garden and outside view, study room adjacent and 2 bedrooms with individual attached master bathrooms. Third floor consists of utility area approximately .Passing through the stairs from the eastern direction headroom is visible, along with the open terrace which serves to leisure sitting, resting, or even gardening.

Moving forward, here ventilation and windows have been designed to provide proper light and fresh air to the room. Now comes detailing in feet and inches of the duplex building plan described in previous lines.

The ground floor consists of the following: a parking area of 19’ x 15’4” and main door located in the Northeast direction, then living hall in south-west size (“21' : 09'' x 12' : 09”) Dining hall in east size (11' 4'' x 7' 4'') with attached pooja room in north east (5' 5''x 3' 3''), common bathroom in south with size (10' 1'' x 4' 5'') open bedroom on northeast side (10' 5'' x 16' 1'') with attached bathroom (5' 5' x 7' 4' '') and open kitchen in southeast corner (10'1'' x 11’).

First floor

Area built-up on the first floor: (40’ x 30’6’’) = 1220sqft . The building forms a closed object which contains walls, columns, and slabs. After passing through the stairs coming from the eastern direction, one can notice an open space of 11' 4''.
