Also, main door is located in north west direction, towards drawing room, living hall, open kitchen, and utility area for laundry and cleaning with staircases facing the southeast direction which going along north south direction. On the north there is one bedroom with bathroom attached. First floor has utility area of 2’3”, 2’6” and 5’5” length. Once you pass from the staircase coming from south side, there is family hall for family moments with lovely balcony for gardening and outside view, a study room for studying, and 3 other bedrooms with attached bathrooms. There is an additional second floor with included utility area of 2’3”, 2’6”, and 5’5” length, upon passing the staircase from the southern side, there is head room addressing to the stairs, 1 bedroom and an open terrace that can be used leisure wise as sitting, resting and gardening. Windows and numerous ventilations were included for appropriate light and

In the first floor there is a parking area measuring 12’10” by 15’10”, with main door located in introductory northwest region then drawing room oriented in northwest direction measuring 8’7” by 10’5”, living hall sized 18’7” by 14’10 of open kitchen in southeast measuring 11’1” x 8’10” with utility attached and facing southeast measuring 4’4” x 7’11”, and stairs opening into southeast direction and moving in a northward direction(Up). There is a bedroom located in southwest measuring 14’7” by 10’ with attached bathroom measuring 5’ x 10’.

Upper floor buildup area: 27’ x 40’3” = 1086.75sqft . While the basic geometry of the building is a closed object covered with walls column and slab. Upon ascnding the stairs from southern portion were welcomed into family hall sized 19’5” x 7’2”, and balcony located to the northwest measuring 10’9” x 14’4” and study rom in the same direction measuring 9’ x 14’4”,, Southwest containing bedroom measuring 14’7” x 10’ with an en-suite bathroom measuring 5’ x 10′, Southeast containing bedroom measuring 14’10 x 8’5 with bathroom 4’4” x 7’7”, Northeast with bathroom 6’2” x 7’7”
