This is the plan for a residential building with size 45 feet by 30 feet and it's G + 3 The Ground floor has Utility area which is approximately 3'6" in height and 3' in width, a parking space for bicycles, a garden area with a stairs on the southeastern side that leads to ground level and directs towards the north-south corridor and there’s a main entrance in the Northeast where at the entrance there is a living hall having common toilet, open kitchen having attached utility for cleaning and laundry, one bedroom with attached bath, and another bedroom. First floor comprising of utility area approximately 1’3”, 3’ and 3’6” in length, passage area at south and east direction, stairs, and we see passage area entrance to door, main door on east which is living hall, 2 bedrooms and 1 with attached bath, open kitchen with utility room serves as laundry and cleaning area. On this floor second is with open kitchen with utility room serves as laundry and cleaners cupboard. Utility region is about 1'3, 3', and 3'6 long. Accessed via stairs from south side generally leads into hallway where door is located the main door opens into the eastern side of house where the living space is positioned, The third floor has an utility area measuring 1' 3'', 3' and 3' 6'' in length. Following the staircase on the south side is the open terrace which can be used for leisure activities such as sitting, resting and gardening. A windows provide proper light and air, while the ventilation helps in air circulation. Moving to measurements, I will provide the detailing in feet and inches of the building plan.

Ground Floor

Area calculation for the ground floor buildup will be: 45’ x 30’ = 1350sqft . Constructed building is an enclosed object consisting of walls, columns, and slabs. In the below ground Floor, parking area sized: 26.6'' x 14.6'' with a staircase leading up. On the northeast, the main door is placed opens up to the living hall measuring 9’ 6'' x 10’ 7'' with a common bathroom on the southwest side sized 4’ 6'' x 6' 6''. To the southeast is the open kitchen sized 6'11'' x 7'10'' with attached utility room measuring 6'11'' x 4'4''. Bedroom on the northwest side measures 9’ 5’’ x 10’11’’ with attached bathroom sized 4’2'' x 7'1'' and a second bedroom on the southwest side measuring 9’ 6’’ x 10’ 7’’.

First floor

Buildup area of the first floor is : 40’9” x 25’ =1018.75sqft. The structure is an enclosed object consisting of walls and columns, along with slabs. After getting through a flight of stairs from the south, we get to see passage measuring 7'8'' x 13'1'' and here main door positioned towards East and then living hall measuring 21'7'' x 10'11'' with common bathroom perpendicular to Northwest measuring 4'2'' x 7'1'', open kitchen towards Southeast measuring 6'11'' x 8'' with attached Utility measuring 6'11'' x 4'4'', bedroom towards Northwest measuring 9'6'' x 10'11'', bedroom towards Southwest measuring 14'2'' x 10'7'' with attached washroom measuring 4'1'' x 7'3'' and last bedroom towards South measuring 9'6'' x 10'7''.

Second floor
