The House plans 3 BHK with dimensions 40x30 is a residential building whose size is 40 feet by 30 feet and it is towards the east. This is a duplex plan with G+2 floor and here Ground floor consists of utility space of dimensions 2’6” by 4’ and a parking space for a kite or car standing, gardening, living area and here main door placed in Northeast direction then back side of house contains staircase contiguously with open kitchen along with pooja room, one bathroom, sitting room also can be used for dining hall and last bedroom which is situated on the ground floor.
