The ground level comprises an utility area (2’ x 4’ x5’) sidling the parking space. Shutters for either bike or a car to park are through the primary entrance situated at the northeastern section of the structure. Manoeuvring inside leads straight to the living room, whilst on it’s right lies the drawing room. Proceeding forward and to the southwest positions leads towards the open design kitchen outfitted with a dedicated cleaning and laundary space available for cooking and cleaning. The staircases are positioned to the north south direction in the southeast direction with one bedroom with en-suite toilet facilities also located on the ground floor. The upperlevel area (first floor) incorporates an overall utility space of 2’3”, 2’6” and 5’5” leading towards another family hall with its south facing windows ideal for family ambience. Furthermore the family hall leads to it’s outward balcony that allows for gardening and additional outside view as well as to study room.
